OverviewWrap 7 is designed for large-scale bale wrapping and enables stacking of up to seven large square bales in each stack. The machine is dimensioned for efficient film use, allowing about 70 bales to be wrapped per roll under typical conditions, making it appropriate for operations handling large bale volumes.
Use and compatibilityPrimarily intended for wrapping large straw square bales, Wrap 7 can also handle other types of square bales. The system works by winding a tube of wrap film which receives the bales inserted with a loading tool. This approach enables construction of large stacks with a relatively compact and easily handled machine suitable for farm and contractor use.
OperationWrapping is controlled from the loader cab via remote control once a stack is placed, allowing rapid preparation for the next load. The solution can be combined with attachments such as bale grabs to ensure precise and efficient placement before wrapping.
Benefits- Wraps up to seven large bales together in each stack
- Fixed plastic tube encloses the entire stack for compact storage
- Minimised storage gaps between wrapped packages
- Easy access to remove film when needed
- Ventilation channels at the top to support stable storage conditions
Dimensions and construction (technical data)The machine is built for high loads and throughput and includes hydraulic support legs for easy switching between working and transport positions. It is transported sideways to reduce transport width and simplify manoeuvring.
