Forage wagon PRONAR T400R is a multi-purpose wagon suitable for each farm, where high performance is desired. Due to the high capacity and throughput rate, the wagon provides fast harvesting of green fodder as well as transportation of corn or silage. The use of forage wagons gives huge savings in the process of delivery, harvesting and transportation to the points of the storage or processing. T400R is a very good investment for farms with large areas of grassland. The wagon simplifies the work because there is no need of using the additional equipment for the transportation of forage. T400R also reduces the physical workload and the fuel consumption. VERY HIGH ACCURACY OF CUTTING AND COLLECTING T400R is equipped with 2 m pick-up cam that accelerates while contact with the soil. Due to this, the material may be collected accurately and at high speed. Pick up is equipped with eight rows of tines what provides a constant flow of mass. Adjustable wheels ensure a perfect ground following ability what allows harvesting the green fodder without loss even on hilly terrain. At the same time the ground is protected from damage. The heart of the T400R is a loading rotor diameter of 800 mm with eight spirally arranged rows of arms made of wear-resistant steel. Cutting system includes forty-five knives, made of hardened steel. The average cut is 34 mm and each individual knife is protected against damage. At the moment of impact with foreign objects the knife bends but not breaks and then returns to the starting position. Knives can be easily replaced what does not require special tools.
