From a diameter of 310 mm upwards, mixing chambers of all sizes are available as semi-automatic systems. After weighing, the batch is filled into the mixing chamber by hand. Liquids and/or powders are dosed automatically. In the simplest version, the dosing systems are regulated via a switchbox with start/stop switches and a speed regulator. Another possible option is the version with process control and touchscreen. This version is particularly suitable for pelleting. Construction and frame design can be varied in accordance with customer specifications. A few examples are illustrated below.
