Product overview
Schaefer PVC shutters are maintenance-free, resistant to rust and corrosion and feature an aerodynamic louver design. Curved louvers provide a tight seal when closed and fused corners increase structural strength. Optional integrated shutter motors are available.

Motor and operation
The 115 volt, 1/2 amp gear motor and arm assembly opens the shutter when energized and closes it when de-energized. Nylon bearings resist corrosion and do not require lubrication.
