INTEGRATED TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT Fullwood M²erlin’s unique design allows cows to enter or leave the milking crate via two entry and exit gates. By integrating separation gates into the structure of the robot, the Fullwood M²erlin allows herd managers to direct cow flow without the need for additional gates. ACID CLUSTER FLUSH Teat liners are flushed after each milking with a solution of peracetic acid to prevent the spread of mastitis and other contagious diseases from one cow to the next. Available as an upgrade on the M² Expert. HMI INTERFACE Fullwood M²erlin’s new Herd Management Interface (HMI) allows users to access key data via a full-size touch-screen panel on the robot. Information such as milk flow, milk yield and heat activity can easily be viewed without having to return to the farm office. FEED INLETS Inlets for up to three different solid feedstuffs are available, with a fourth inlet for liquid feed also an option.
