Head sections
The interior of the head section (ECH) is shielded with HARDOX 450. It includes an integrated bearing monitoring system and belt misalignment sensors. Large, easily accessible gates facilitate inspection and maintenance. The torque arm is specially designed by Silos Córdoba. Bearing supports are reinforced with hot-dip galvanized welded reinforcements.
Tensioning section
The tensioning section features reinforced internal protection, integrated bearing monitoring and belt misalignment sensors. Gates and access points are spacious for easy service. Bearing supports are hot-dip galvanized and welded to increase durability.
Register section
The register section provides large doors for easy installation and maintenance of the belt and buckets. Built from welded, hot-dip galvanized plate, it includes access doors on all sides to simplify inspection and fitting of the belt and buckets.
