The ORION 140 is a large professional spreader with a welded chassis, a robust frame, and a total weight of 14 tons. It is extremely maneuverable and easy to operate. The convenient support leg enables the spreader to be raised or lowered quickly and safely when attaching it to the tractor. It is also distinguished by an advanced hydraulic system as standard, which adjusts the height of the dosing wall in front of the beaters and protects the spreading device. There are two versions of the spreader. The vertical spreading device is equipped with four vertical spreading beaters. The horizontal spreading device with two vertical rollers is equipped with two discs on the underside, which can spread the fertilizer at a wide-angle up to 24 m. TANDEM AXLE The tandem axle with parabolic springs and a wide track enables speeds of up to 40km/h. CENTRAL LUBRICATION SYSTEM The central lubrication system enables simple and quick maintenance. BRAKES WITH ALB The two-way air/hydraulic brake system with ALB offers increased safety when must brake with a fully loaded manure spreader. VERTICAL SPREADING DEVICE Vertical spreading device with four spreading beaters equipped with easily replaceable segments made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel. HORIZONTAL SPREADING DEVICE Wide-angle horizontal spreading device with two vertical beaters and two spreading plates for wide-angle distribution up to 24 m. HYDRAULIC DRIVE OF SCRAPER FLOOR The hydraulic drive of scraper floor and chain conveyor with of 4 chains dim. 13 × 36 mm. Forward and backward motion of the floor chain conveyor and other functions can be controlled from the tractor cabin.
