Overview
The lightweight double mower combination DISC A 800 D is designed for high mowing performance on demanding mountainous terrain and for use with lower-power tractors. It provides a uniform cut and reliable operation in challenging conditions.

ROBUST LINKAGE
The cutter bar is side-mounted and connects to the tractor via a 3-point hitch Cat. II or III for secure attachment and straightforward positioning.

RELIABLE DRIVELINE
Power transmission uses an input PTO shaft with free-running clutch, central gearbox, double universal joint and 4 V-belts to ensure consistent power transfer and reduced shocks.

SUSPENSION SYSTEM WITH DUAL SPRINGS
Suspension and cutter bar relief use a dual spring system (DSS) that maintains even pressure to the ground for a clean, consistent cut on uneven terrain.

EVEN PRESSURE ON THE GROUND
A working height indicator allows optimal relief of the cutter bar during mowing and ensures even ground pressure across the machine.

SEPARATE LIFTING OF UNITS
Individual cutter bar lift with 2x single-action connections (2x SA) – one for the left and one for the right cutter bar. A control valve enables simultaneous or separate lifting of the units.

CSS – COLLISION SAFETY SYSTEM
Mechanical collision protection separates the cutter bars. In case of impact, the right, left or both cutter bars can move back; cutter bar opening angle is 11° to protect components.

LIGHTING EQUIPMENT AS STANDARD
Road safety equipment including LED lighting and safety boards is included as standard for transport on public roads.

INTEGRATED SUPPORT LEGS
Four support legs are integrated into the hitch, allowing the mower to be unhitched in transport position anywhere and to be ready for safe re-hitching.

EASY MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Design provides easy access to cutter bars. Guards and cutter bar surfaces are shaped to minimize material build-up and simplify cleaning and service.
