Overview
The FALCON T trailed fertilizer spreader is designed for fast, precise and versatile application across a range of materials and field conditions. Modular design supports rapid conversion between spreading modes to suit granular, bulk wet or powder products.

Key product features
Controlled product flow from hopper filling: a break-up bar prevents clumping and a chain-driven lump breaker is available for heavy materials. On T160 and T240 models an anti-settling roof reduces pressure on the conveyor, protecting fragile products. Metering belt width: 800 mm for consistent product feed without agitator.

Loading and filling
Pneumatic loading with controlled venting allows filling from a tanker with the tarp closed, reducing dust and manual handling. Built-in LED fill lights flash when approaching the target (70%) and remain steady when the set level is reached, providing a clear visual indicator during loading.

Emptying and maintenance
Stop-and-dump conveyor empties the hopper to the rear for residue-free changeover and easy cleaning. On ECONOV+ (ISOBUS) versions the function is cab-controlled via the CCI console; hydraulic actuation is optional on non-ISOBUS models. Complete emptying simplifies oil change and product changeover procedures.

Hopper design
3° forward-inclined hopper concentrates product at the front during unloading to maintain traction and stability. The 800 mm metering belt conveys product to the spreading discs without an agitator to preserve granule integrity and ensure constant flow.

Spreading systems (interchangeable in 7–15 minutes)

• Granule disc: working widths up to 52 m, rotating chutes and high-strength Epsilon blades for even distribution.
• Wet bulk disc: handles limestone, manure and compost; flow rates > 600 kg/min and application rates up to 10 t/ha on a 12 m swath.
• Screw-type spreader: for dry powder, deposits product close to the ground over 9 or 12 m to minimise wind drift.

Dosing and control
Standard hatches operated by hydraulic cylinders; optional hydraulic or independent left/right hatches for separate side control. ECONOV+ models use brushless electric motors for instant response and ultra-precise positioning. SKY's patented Orbital system utilises brushless motors to control metering flaps with high accuracy.

Bulk spreading capabilities
Quick conversion to a high-performance soil amendment spreader in about 7 minutes without tools. Wet bulk kit supports heavy and sticky materials using the 800 mm metering belt, patented double hatches and a chain-driven lump breaker. Performance: >600 kg/min flow, up to 10 t/ha application, working width 12–15 m. Dynamic weighing and Speed Control regulate application rate in real time.

On-board weighing & real-time compensation
Up to six stainless-steel load cells with integrated electronics deliver measurements at 400 readings per second via CAN-Bus. The system applies triple automatic compensation: slope correction with built-in inclinometer, temperature compensation and mechanical deformation control. Optional static weighing displays exact load weight in the cab.

Sensors, cameras & connectivity
Optional camera system supports up to three cameras (rear spread pattern, disc feed, hopper interior) displayed on CCI 800/1200 ISOBUS terminals; compatible with night operation and integrated LED lights. Fertitest centralises setting tables and sends blade, chute and T-factor settings via Wi‑Fi. FertiEye analyses granule ballistics from a photo to calculate T-factor and sends settings via Wi‑Fi. SARA app provides tutorials, assembly guides, flow charts and parts access; multilingual and usable offline.

Warranty
SKY Agriculture provides a 7-year anti-perforation corrosion warranty for DX, X and XT distributors manufactured from 1 September 2019.
