OverviewThe AERIS-P is a medium-pressure, single-inlet centrifugal fan designed for conveying clean or slightly dusty air in industrial and HVAC applications. The unit features a steel sheet casing and a backward-curved impeller, built for continuous operation and easy integration into process and ventilation systems.
Key design features- System 4 configuration: impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft; motor supported on a rigid base frame to maintain permanent alignment and maximise power transmission.
- Backward-curved (reaction) impeller with self-cleaning profile; statically and dynamically balanced for quiet, efficient operation.
- Front support foot supplied to minimise vibrations (optional up to size 500; standard from size 560).
- Drive orientation adjustable on site up to size 630; sizes 710–1000 have factory-set orientation to ensure assembly integrity.

Thermal and special executions- Standard execution suitable for continuous handling of air up to 130 °C.
- High-temperature executions available with cooling impeller, selected materials and construction adaptations enabling continuous operation up to 250 °C.
- Special executions available: inspection doors, drain plugs, sealed housings, thermal insulation, anti-spark designs and ATEX motor options.
Customization options- Special materials: Stainless steel (AISI 304 / 316), Corten, Hardox for abrasion resistance.
- Surface protection: heat-resistant paint, hot-dip galvanizing, C4 / C5 coatings for saline or aggressive environments.
- Other options: high-temperature versions, inspection doors, drain plugs, sealed housings, thermal insulation, anti-spark designs, ATEX-certified motors.
Motorization and efficiency- Equipped with TEFC (totally enclosed fan-cooled) motors suitable for demanding industrial environments.
- ErP compliance: IE2 for below 0.75 kW; IE3 standard from 0.75 kW to 55 kW; IE4 available from 75 kW upwards.
