In the first phase our compact waxing machine the products get washed with water and food soap; in the second phase food wax is applied on them, which gives protection and shine. Lastly the drying tunnel dries and fixes the wax. Correct waxing protects, gives a beautiful shine, extends the shelf life and maintains the organoleptic properties of the fruit for longer.
