InstanDefect-AI is the latest version of the Sormatech vision software, based entirely on artificial intelligence and deep learning systems. This software incorporates the latest technology available on the market and exploits the most advanced frontier of industry 4.0, which is based on self-learning systems. The machines on which it is installed become increasingly precise and “expert” in detection. The user updates the machine’s existing programs at will with a simple procedure: by reading fruit samples and using just two buttons (defect/healthy skin), he “teaches” the machine, which consequently “learns” and response with increasing efficiency in quality selection.
