Overview
The XEOS TF front-mounted hopper is developed for contractors and arable farmers requiring a flexible unit for fertiliser application and seeding across seasons. Front mounting improves tractor load distribution, reduces rear-axle load and helps limit soil compaction.

Main features

• Working width: 3.00 to 6.00 m depending on seeding line.
• Hopper capacities: 1000 L, 1500 L, 1800 L; TF DUO options: 1500+70 L or 1800+70 L.
• Number of rows: 20 to 40 depending on the seeding line (P20 / P30 / P50 / P100).

DUO hopper
The DUO configuration integrates a 70 L secondary hopper to supply a second product close to the seed. It uses 3 independent metering wheels and an electric-driven stainless steel feeder for precise dosing (0.5–15 kg/ha). Flow tests are quick and accessible; the hopper can be fully emptied for cleaning or product changeover.

Dosage and control
The ADS feeder covers 1–450 kg/ha. When rows are fitted with actuators, the E-Drive option enables row-by-row management, tramline combinations and half-seeder modes, improving operational flexibility for contractors and large farms.

Seeding line compatibility

• P20 (three-row trailing shares): 330 mm clearance between rows, robust for ploughed or stubble seeding, central terrage pressure adjustment, anti-clogging valve.
• P30 (2-row coulter system): roller-supported coulters, up to 30 kg coulter pressure with double-acting spring for consistent ground following.
• P50 (double-disc parallelogram): press roller, depth-independent re-bracing up to 50 kg/element; suited to high-speed and dry-condition seeding.
• P100 (single notched disc 410 mm): integrated press wheel, up to 100 kg individual pressure per element for deep seeding or high forward speeds; suited to difficult conditions and high output.
