Description

«SUNFLORO SHAFT» headers are machines of the European quality level that offer maximum productivity and minimum yield losses. «SUNFLORO SHAFT» is a high-speed rowless header intended for sunflower harvesting under unfavourable conditions. Inspired by developments of the best European manufacturers of sunflower headers, such as Claas Sunspeed and Zaffrani, our engineers have considered every last detail in the design of Sunfloro Shaft headers. This allowed to improve our understanding of the features that a Sunflower Shaft header should offer. The survey among a large number of Ukrainian and European agrarians and farmers undertaken by our team helped to identify new functionality expected to be included in the sunflower header design. By combining customer expectations and best practices, we have developed Sunfloro Shaft header — next-level machinery that ensures efficient harvesting in the shortest possible time and with minimum losses! The improved header productivity was achieved by increasing the crop lifter tray dimensions, changing the tilt angle of the finger rake and placing the toothed pulling shaft under the rake. This design solution allows cutting sunflower heads without any unwanted crop material. Due to optimal weight, combines with this sunflower header can operate at higher speeds and with lower fuel consumption.
