Our stationary sweep auger is a driv unit with worm geared motor, powder painted rigid beam and - intermediate bearings, which secures a long life time. - Capacity for up to 60 tons of wheat per hour. - - Slip ring connected motor and the auger adjustable lengthwise, makes it fit into a wide range of silos. Stationary sweep auger 200 • Designed according to the building kit principle. • Drive unit with worm geared motor, powder painted rigid beam and intermediate bearings secures a long life time. • Capacity 30 or 60 tons of wheat per hour. • Slip ring connected motor and the auger adjustable lengthwise, makes it fit into a wide range of silos. • Along the rigid beam there is an inlet plate that feed the auger in an optimized way. Discharge screw 200 • Galvanized transmissions and tubes together with powder painted inlet parts and regulation secures a long life time. • Capacity 80 tons of wheat per hour. • Transmission with automatic tensioning of the chain makes a rigid mounting of the motor. • Two versions, horizontal + vertical (as above) or just horizontal for outlet over discharge trench.
