Elin Rope manure system: Drive unit with wall stand: mounted on wall stand anchored to the floor. Fitted to a gear box driving a drum winding the rope on and off. Pulleys: The rope between drum and scrapes goes over heavy corner wheels with lubrication free and special bearings. Drive line: Ø14 mm pre-stretched nylon rope Scrape equipment ELIN: Main scraper part with two outer wings. Unfolds approx. 35o towards alley sides. UNP 80-bar and wedge scraper. Scrape equipment pair of scrapers: Type I and Type II, depending on the width of the alleys. Combines due to length and position. Control box: Automatic box with two control alternatives; ”Man” or ”Auto”.
