OverviewThe Grain Weevil is an autonomous grain-bin robot designed to level stored grain, remove cliffs, break surface crusts and assist with feeding augers — all from outside the bin so operators avoid confined-space entry. It is built for harsh conditions with durable construction and glove-friendly controls suitable for silo operations.

Battery & ChargingThe robot uses a sealed Lithium Titanate (LTO) battery system engineered for durability in strenuous operating conditions. Standard runtime is 1 hour of hard use. Charging options include a standard charger (approx. 30 minutes) and an available Supercharger upgrade (full charge in as little as 15 minutes). Each battery is guaranteed for 15,000 cycles.
Camera & VideoThe Grain Weevil streams high-definition, low-latency video to operators outside the silo. The camera dome includes an integrated magnetic mount and offers pan, tilt and zoom capabilities for a full view of the product and surroundings.
Multi-Robot OperationRun two Grain Weevils from a single controller to double throughput without doubling the headcount. One operator can manage two robots for higher productivity.
Primary Functions- Grain leveling: move product from peaks and valleys to improve storage uniformity and long-term quality
- Breaking crusts & bridges: break up surface crusts to prevent sump plugging and improve grain health
- Grain unloading assistance: pull down cliffs and assist sweep augers during final unloading
