E100 / Twin blade edger The E100 twin-blade edger is designed to be an affordable solution for sawmillers to boost their productivity. Two 25 cm diameter circular blades are provided standard, one is fixed, and the other adjustable. Blade adjustment is done mannually to easily and precisely adjust the distance between blades to produce accurately-sized timber. The edger is equipped with two power-feed tables. Edged boards are moved through the edger on a wide, flexible, rubber belt at a speed of 9 m/min. Optional 1 meter roller tables assist when cutting longer boards. Hold-down rollers keep the boards straight during the edging process. A removable board fence allows to easily trim boards with one side that is already cut straight. The E100 breaks down into a compact configuration for shipment. With a Timbery E100 you can do more, and spend less.
