ConstructionSingle jacket hose produced from circularly woven 100% high-tenacity virgin polyester yarn with an inner liner of vulcanized EPDM compound. Class 2 variant features an external PU coating for enhanced resistance to oils and certain chemicals.
Abrasion ResistanceDesigned to extend service life in applications where abrasion is a primary concern; provides superior abrasion performance under fire service conditions.
Ozone ResistanceNo visible cracking of the inner lining or textile cover after exposure to UV and ozone under standard test conditions.
Chemical ResistanceResistant to seawater and contamination by most common chemicals, hydrocarbons, oils and greases. A chemical resistance chart is available on request.
Service Temperature RangeOperates without apparent damage to inner lining or outer jacket between -22ºF (-30ºC) and 176ºF (80ºC).
