Truck grain sampler Phaeton

Phaeton is ou latest innovation at TPLG. It was designed to cover an optimal sampling area while offering vertical sampling, combining reliability and versatility. Able to sample any types of vehicles, the Phaeton has a biaxial translation o fthe probe head for a fast and precise positioning. The head of the sampler is equipped with a 1.85 kW up/down gearmotor, which penetrates all types of products without any difficulty. The motors are all controlled by a variable frequency drive (increased torque, adjustment of the penetration force & detection of the bottom of the bin). A suction turbine is attached to one of the smapler's pilars, but can also be positioned in the laboratory depending on the sampling distance. The electrical cabinet is attached to the mast of the sampler and controlled by a latest generation touch screen console. As standard, a sealed cyclonic reception station is installed in the laboratory, supplied with a filter and a 10 L collector, all ensuring a fast reception of a representative sample in the laboratory.
