Overview
The FlexSorter Packing is a high-speed packing machine with a vision selection system specifically for young tree plants. It automates extraction from trays, two-class vision-based classification and precise positioning for packing or transfer to propagation trays.

Description
TTA-ISO developed the FlexSorter Packing as a production line that extracts plants from trays, selects them into two distinct classifications using machine vision, and positions them in counted numbers ready to pack into crates or boxes. Outside the packing season the line can be switched to transplanting mode, selecting and placing young plants into receiving trays for further propagation.
