Overview
The Tuchel-Trac FarmXpert is a self-propelled 3-in-1 vehicle designed for dairy farms to combine sweeping, re-littering and gap cleaning in a single pass, reducing manual labour and improving operational efficiency.

Design & operation
Compact dimensions and hydraulic front-wheel steering provide high manoeuvrability and clear visibility in narrow cubicle alleys. The hydrostatic travel drive ensures precise, sensitive control. A robust Kubota diesel engine (10.3 kW) supplies reliable power. The operator station offers an optimal seating position with logically arranged controls and easily accessible maintenance points for efficient daily use.

Working tools & functionality
The right-side brush is positioned for effective cubicle edge cleaning and is infinitely height-adjustable via hydraulic control. A centrally mounted slurry scraper works close to the edge of slatted floors for efficient manure removal. The rear-mounted bedding tool includes an agitator shaft, a dosing metal plate and interchangeable inserts for adapting to different spreading materials. The bedding box can be hydraulically lowered to pick up material, or filled by hand or loader. Bedding height is hydraulically adjustable to match cubicle dimensions and reduce dust exposure for the operator.
