This model differs from our other models because it is the trailer with the highest loading capacity. Within our 3.5-tonne GVW range, it is the shortest with a length of 3.5 meters, giving it a slightly larger load capacity of 2400 kg compared to its big brother the TT 35-40. Every part of the TwinTrailer was developed, studied and tested thoroughly to ensure the reliability of this trailer: • You can increase the volume of this Trailer to 9.5 m³ thanks to the unique AluMate500 extension boards developed by us. You will discover why these are unique in this article. • This model disposes two braked and rubber suspended axles with a 1800 kg load capacity each. These AL-KO axles are known to be the strongest in their category. • To guarantee your safety, the TwinTrailer is equipped with a fully automatic inertia brake of 3500kg with ball coupling and parking brake, also of the best quality. • The chassis of this trailer consists completely of welded high quality steel that was warm bath galvanized and full bath passivated. This treatment protects the chassis against environmental factors like rain, salt, ... • The radial tires of the type 195/60 R12 were specifically chosen for the Twintrailer. They have the advantage that shocks are very well absorbed and the tire is more flexible in turns, which prolongs their lifespan. In addition, the low loading floor height of 63cm is guaranteed.
