Overview
TITAN 36/12 is the smallest and fastest firewood processor in the TITAN family, built for high productivity in a compact footprint. Available as a petrol-powered, road-trailer-mounted version for full mobility. An 850 mm carbide-tipped circular saw cuts logs up to 360 mm diameter; standard 10 t splitting force (optional 12.5 t) and BOOMSPEED automatic cylinder speed adaptation enable a typical splitting cycle of 2.2 s.

Compact, fast and versatile, the TITAN 36/12 combines mechanical-hydraulic control with an operator-friendly layout. Multiple drive options (PTO, PTO + electric motor, petrol engine) allow use with tractors, fixed electric supply or independent petrol power; the trailer version provides transport mobility and on-site operation.

Key features and components
The machine uses a carbide-tipped 850 mm circular saw resistant to foreign materials and designed for high cutting speed. Saw feed and cutting speed are hydraulically controlled. BOOMSPEED employs double-piston cylinders for two movement speeds: a high-speed approach for low-resistance runs and a working speed for resistant wood, reducing the splitting cycle by up to 40%.
