This plug-and-play unit can be up and running in just two days, includes everything needed to pasteurise milk and saves up to 50% on typical setup costs. The Smart Microdairy™ is built to Department of Agriculture standards and doesn't require planning permission. All that is required is a concrete base (7x7m), internet, electricity, drainage and water supply.
