The NTS conveyor belts are fixed modular conveyor for greenhouses with an aluminium frame to handling pots, trays and any type of containers inside greenhouses. They have a fundamental role into greenhouse, reducing time and manpower at all stages of production. Closed-section, sturdy and non-deformable aluminium structure. Thanks to a practical coupling system, it is possible to join two or more belts in series, allowing any length and configuration. The NTS conveyor belts are synchronised with each other and it is possible to install a single centralised control panel in the system. They can also be fitted with devices for containers’ diverting between belts perpendiculary placed and also with smart-motors integrated with inverters. Aluminium frame with closed-section. High resistant double polyester cross-weave PVC belt, sliding on idle rollers. Belt width: 350 mm. Maximum frame length per module L = 30.000 mm. Variable conveyor belt speed. 400V three-phase power supply. Motorized deviation 90° with belt system. Integrated smart-motors with inverter. Radiofrequency limit switch.
