Description

The ESTREPN and ESTREL single tray depoppers make it easier to remove the seedling from the seed tray cell. The plate rods push from the bottom upwards directly on the individual soil cubes, eliminating friction with the container walls. The seedling is extracted with the plug intact, avoiding damage to the stem and roots. Once extracted, it can be more easily transplanted by hand into another container or used directly by automatic transplanters in the open field, as in the case of vegetables. Extraction of the seedling from the cell during its development cycle also encourages the formation of a thick network of roots that will ensure the quality and health of the plant once transplanted. They can work with any type of container by adjusting the position of the insertion plane with respect to the plate with pins. Fixed rear wheels included as standard component. Manual positioning of individual containers by the operator. The ESTREL automatic plug depopper, in particular, allows two operators to work simultaneously thanks to the pass-through window of the machine, thus speeding up operations and increasing hourly production.
