Rolling screens are used for a variety of purposes and can be fully integrated into the greenhouse construction. In combination with a top screen it is possible to create a uniform horizontal temperature distribution in your greenhouse.
- Wall screens
- Twin wall screens
The side wall screens are for example used for energy saving, awning, shading and to limit light emission from artificial lighting. In broad roof greenhouses these materials are used as covering roller screens allowing you to use the maximum volume of the greenhouse for a constant climate.
The special steel purlin clip is the standard solution for suspending vertical screens to purlins, due to its unique strength and ease of mounting.
We can offer different diameters of roll tubes for the various applications of these rolling screens. The aluminium roller tubes for covering roller screens and vertical screens are available in the diameters 35 mm, 50 mm and 63 mm. All of these roller tubes are available with the associated tops.
The Twin wall screens can also be used to separate 2 blocks in a greenhouse. As 2 screens are rolled up concurrently, greater heights can be covered with one roller tube than with the wall screens. Because 2 wall screens can be mounted on one roller tube, these roller tubes are made with several chambers.
The roller tubes for Twin wall screens are constructed with 3 chambers. These roller tubes are also available with diameters of 35 mm, 50 mm and 63 mm. They come with the associated connecting pieces.
