MEDIUM DISC HARROWS - BDP series PURPOSES OF MEDIUM DISC HARROWS: - Loosening and crumbling soil down to 18 cm - Leveling top soil layer - Residue and soil mixing - Placement of fertilizers THE FEATURUES OF DISC: - SUNSTYER dish-shaped discs 620mm diameter. - Self-sharpening discs made of boron steel. - 6mm thickness. Hardness 48-52 HRC. - Hub is located on the disc backside. - Disc spacing 250mm. NON-STOP PROTECTION: - Disc tines are protected with non-stop cylindrical springs. - Each tine is protected individually. Spring pressure is 180kg. - Working in 18cm depth, tines are able to go up out of the ground up to 17cm. ADVANTAGES OF MEDIUM DISC HARROWS - Self-sharpening boron steel discs 620mm. Intensive cutting of tall-stalked crop residue. - Maintenance free bearing units are located in the backside of the discs, which increases its service-time. - Disc tines are individually protected with cylindrical springs, which provides possibility to work on stony fields and extreme conditions. - Versatility. Unit carrier AN-8 allows to mount different type of section. There is a heavy disc harrow, a stubble cultivator and a seedbed cultivator for fine seeds sections that can be mounted on AN-8.
