Product overviewThe final step before your plants reach the customer is shipping. Common challenges for growers include order-picking errors, high labour costs and meeting dispatch schedules. The Tray Delivery System is a tailored shipping and buffering solution for growers and nurseries, built with a scalable, modular architecture to fit site layout and production volume.
Key benefits- Turnkey solution for shipping and buffering operations
- Sorting by variety, color, height and other custom criteria
- Simplifies complex shipping scenarios and mixed orders
System descriptionThe Tray Delivery System offers automatic loading and unloading, watering, scanning (barcode/RFID/QR), labeling, sorting, palletizing and rack loading. Configurable high-speed lines maximise footprint efficiency and the modular design enables phased expansion. In-house software creates custom packing lists and control logic specific to each installation.
Tracking & tracingEach tray is tagged and trackable via barcode, RFID, QR code or virtual label. The system routes trays to their final destinations and automatically generates packing lists. Collected traceability data supports productivity, compliance and smoother delivery flow.
Speed & accuracySystems are engineered for capacities from approximately 500 to 5000 trays/boxes per hour. Throughput, sorting criteria and integration options are configurable to match site requirements and can interface with existing automation or be installed as a complete new line.
Service & supportDesign, engineering and manufacturing are performed in-house. Technicians and programmers provide rapid commissioning, remote support and on-site troubleshooting to restore operations and adapt the system to changing needs.
