Overview
Green technology: the Furgon EVO uses comPET3 wall cores manufactured from recycled PET bottles (approx. 3,265 bottles per trailer). The wall is 2.5× lighter than conventional plywood, allowing a tare weight of approximately 6,100 kg.

Technology
comPET3 — composite from recycling. The wall core combines recycled PET panel and laminates to create a composite with specific mechanical advantages.

• Full wall fill — no empty spaces inside the panel
• Higher deformation resistance — approx. 50% better than standard plywood walls
• Repairable — damaged sections can be cut out and replaced

Process

Repair
Three-step repair procedure for the full-fill PET wall:

• 1. Cut out the damaged section — use a standard saw or pneumatic cutter; full-fill construction enables precise cuts without deforming adjacent areas
• 2. Insert a replacement fragment — identical PET panel bonded with a two-component structural adhesive
• 3. Final cure — after ~24 h at ambient temperature the wall regains full structural strength
