Pellet Presses, which we have designed as Yemsa Makina, enable the materials that are deemed suitable to be pressed for different purposes to be compressed and combined. This equipment usually consists of three main parts: Feeder, Conditioner and Pellet Press.
Pellet Press Features and Functions:
1. Nourishing:
The feeder part of the pellet presses is used to feed the raw material into the system. At this stage, the raw material is continuously prepared for the pressing process.
2. Conditioner:
The conditioner section adds steam and liquid to the raw material to make it suitable for the pelletising process. This step is important to improve the quality and digestibility of the pellets.
3. Pellet Press:
The pellet press itself compresses the prepared material into pellets under high pressure. In this process, the material is transformed into pellets of the desired shape and size.
