•Application: ZRM-180 is used for unloading of grain and bulk materials (mixed fodders and others.), that are stored in plastic bags. •Principle of operation: it spools the bag on the roller and unloads grain from it. •Frame: steel, covered with anticorrosive paint resistant to weathering. •Unloading auger: diameter 400 mm (capacity 180 t/h) is hydraulically folds via hydraulic cylinder, unloading height is 4200 mm. •Horizontal auger: diameter 300 mm. Auger drive is performed through two gearboxes. •Additional auger: diameter 250 mm. To increase productivity on poorly-flowing grain crops. •Spooling mechanism: consists of bag-spooling mechanism gear RT300 (made in Italy), hydraulic drive and hydraulic motor speed-control valve. Also the clutch is provided for quick loosing of bag after unloading of grain from it. •Drawbar: lower hooking, diameter 50 mm, with mechanical support. •Supporting wheels: 400/60 R15,5 - 2 pcs. •Cardan shaft of sixth magnitude. •The mechanism of transformation - spool turn (without disassembling of wheels). •Stand-alone hydraulic station to drive horizontal augers. •Auger flap (adjustment of the grain flow height). The drive from the tractor PTO, 80 hp. The width together with wheels during transportation and in operation condition is no more than 2500 mm. It is maximally adapted to unpack the bags that are less than 1 m apart.
