The organic fertiliser spreader is a versatile machine for applying manure, compost or other organic matter. It works on a horizontal principle and it is a part of an interchangeable system, available for GRAND SUPER chassis and all MEGA chassis, as well as for lorries. This design ensures optimal dosing of the fertiliser, which is subsequently ejected to a width of up to 25 m. The spreader can be used for application of manure, compost or sewage sludge. The drive of the floor conveyor is provided by a hydraulic motor. Cardan shaft then drives the milling rollers and spreader discs. The entire system is protected against overload and damage by means of shear bolts and electronic revolution sensor. According to the speed output from the tractor, the gearbox (540/1000 rpm) is selected to the cardan shaft. The spreader is equipped with a sophisticated technology that is easy to maintain and clean. The most stressed parts are easily replaceable. These are the teeth on the milling rollers, the blades on the spreader blades and the protective edges around the discs. After wear, it is not necessary to replace the entire device, but only parts.
