Overview
VegKing is an affordable processing line designed for bundling, labelling and trimming vegetables and herbs. It is developed by VegHands to ensure product freshness and to optimise the process from harvest to packaging.

Bundling & binder (Cyklop AXRO)
Bundling with the Cyklop AXRO elastic binder places an elastic band automatically around the bundle. Several types and colours of elastic are available and the tension of the elastic around the bundle is adjustable. The elastic is wound from a large roll, brought around the product, knotted and then automatically cut off. Optionally, bundles can be labelled and/or cut.

• Flexible product handling: two narrow conveyor belts can be moved and product holders can be changed to handle many product types with one machine.
• Adjustable speed and timing: conveyor belt speed is infinitely adjustable and the timing of the Cyklop AXRO is adjustable.
• Hygienic construction: frame fully stainless steel and conveyor belts are food-grade.
• Production capacity: standard version (1900 mm) suitable for 2 people feeding, approx. 2,500 bundles/hour; longer version available up to approx. 4,000 bundles/hour.
• Automatic single-band operation: when bundling with the Cyklop binder, one rubber band is automatically placed, knotted and cut.
