CABI GROUP

CABI Group designs and manufactures equipment for storing, distributing, and manufacturing feed, mobile chicken coops, livestock buildings and all the other equipment needed for livestock rearing and processing. Our equipment is the result of our expertise in this field. We couldn’t find products on the agricultural market that met our needs, so we created them ourselves.

Our reason for being is to improve the lives of livestock breeders, farmers and on-farm processors by safeguarding animal welfare as part of virtuous and sustainable agricultural practices that provide high-quality, local food. We believe that agriculture should regain a prominent place in society.

Agriculture has many different uses:

To feed the entire population.

To foster the close connection between the environment and country living close to nature by maintaining rural economic activity.

To generate social links by making consumers active players and encouraging short distribution channels as well as understanding the origin, quality and cost of products.

To preserve landscape diversity and biodiversity.

Preserving the soil by adapting crops and livestock to their environment and managing crop rotation.

Promoting self-sufficiency by encouraging natural soil enrichment, in particular through mixed farming and livestock rearing, by capturing nitrogen, as well as carbon and organic matter.

Enabling livestock farming to continue, particularly in areas unsuitable for cereal production. In this context, animal proteins do not take up more land than plant protein production.

Combine food production with energy production (solar, methanisation of waste and effluent) and biomaterials (hemp, etc.).

We work to support all these uses.
