Who we are

The PERUZZO family business begun in 1959 with his founder Adriano Peruzzo for the manufacturing of Hammer Mills for animal feeding.

The production begun with cast iron grinding multipurpose Hammer Mills for cereals, hay or stalks reduction.

The PERUZZO company build the new plant for the production of medium size Hammer Mill which increased the sales up to 5.000 pieces per year.

In the 70’ years the PERUZZO export most of the Hammer Mills to African countries achieving many patents.

During the constant development and research the Peruzzo begun the manufacturing of large Mills for cereals and hay bales reduction for big farms.

In 80’ years Peruzzo begun the production of Mill/Mixing plants for small and medium farms.

New patents as the rotary mower entirely hydraulically powered as well as the recovery shift made with special probe.

In 1980 thanks to special agreements with important turf equipment manufacturing companies the PERUZZO engineer the first Flail Mower with collector for Sports and Public Amenities Turf Maintenance.

Always careful to customers and professional contractors needs PERUZZO manufacture heavy duty flail mower with big capacity collector for cutting high grass and wood branches.

The Peruzzo produced the new and unique Turf Maintenance Equipment with patented high grass discharge that gives many advantages.

The PERUZZO presents in 1989 since 30 years for its establishment the most complete Flail Mowers range among European competitors for Professional Turf Maintenance.

The Peruzzo divide the Zootechny production from the Turf Maintenance Machinery founding the PERUZZO SRL cociety with Adriano Peruzzo sons Roberto and Lorenzo.

PERUZZO engineered and patented a new Paddle Flail that perform a perfect grass cutting, verticutting and collecting in the same time that brought Peruzzo popular among professional Turf Equipment users.

Nowadays the PERUZZO SRL strengthened its sales on the Turf Maintenance Equipment reaching excellent quality well known among our 50 importers worldwide. We export the 60% of our production.

Our values

Peruzzo S.r.l. has been meticulously monitoring all phases of the production process since 1959. This attention is focused on ensuring first-class construction quality.

The design, research and development of products takes place via modern three-dimensional computing software.

The design of the machine is the result of meticulous work by our knowledgeable technical office.

Once designed, the real ‘birth’ of the Peruzzo product takes place. The sheet is processed and welded with robust, extremely precise machinery. The shells are entirely assembled with high strength DOMEX 355 steel and wear-resistant HARDOX 400.

One of the first steps, the SANDBLASTING of the shell, takes place using grit of different shapes and sizes. This makes it possible to achieve an abrasion process which is as accurate and resistant as possible.

The shells are carefully cleaned so that any grit residue does not compromise the painting phase.

The high quality powder coating phase, which is resistant to abrasions and atmospheric agents, as well as being non-toxic and without heavy materials, takes place in a dedicated area. This has a low environmental impact, which has always been a central priority for Peruzzo at all stages of the production process.

The shells are left to dry in a high temperature professional oven, an indispensable process for obtaining a high quality coating.

Once dry, the shells are carefully checked by personnel assigned to the job. Rigid standards ensure an excellent end result in the coating phase by using specific tools that detect thickness, hold and shine.

In the meantime, another phase takes place in the Peruzzo production process: the robotic welding of the cutting shafts and shells.

Once robotic welding has taken place, the knives and blades (Peruzzo S.r.l. patented) are mounted on rotary shafts and then balanced electronically. This balancing prevents any possible vibrations during the machine’s working phases.

The components are only installed in a large mounting area once the powder coating process is complete.

All components are controlled with extreme precision. The screws are also tightened with specialist tools.

Once the Peruzzo product has been assembled, a final test is carried out to authorize its release on the market.

The safety of the operator is fundamental to Peruzzo: for this reason, rigid tests are carried out in order to obtain the CEE certifications required by the market.

The machines are then carefully packed to avoid damage in the transportation phases.
