Description

The weighing machine 9000 SE consists of a main filling conveyor and a topping-up conveyor. Both these conveyors ensure that the weigh bucket is filled with the set weight. As soon as the weigh bin is opened, the bag is filled. After unloading the weigh bin, the next weighing cycle can be started. Meanwhile, the filled bag can be closed and transported. So not a second is lost. STANDARD EQUIPPED WITH .Continuously adjustable weighing range from 10 to 50 kg. .Weighing by means of a bascule, in a rubber covered weighing bin. .Separately driven gearmotors for both tires. .Weigh bin that can be opened by a foot pedal on the right side of the machine. .An outlet for 50 kg bags. .The possibility of weighing and bagging in one action. OPTIONS .Outlets for 12.5 kg bags with a circumference of 650 mm. .Outlets for 25 kg bags with a circumference of 870 mm. .Spouts for paper bags of 25 kg with clamping device, circumference of the spout is 800 mm. .Spout for clipper including extension frame, 198 mm. .Flap for weighing 5, 10 and 12.5 kg. .Pneumatic valve opener. .Extension set of 50 mm or 100 mm. .Turning eye in the infeed funnel. .Carrot belts with higher flights instead of the standard main filling conveyor. The center-to-center distance of the flights on the topping-up conveyor is 200 mm. .Automatic walk-through movement and selector switch. .Card tear tray (NAK). .Stainless steel version of all parts that come into contact with the product. .Weighing machine completely made of stainless steel (food-grade).
