Automatic tray filler EK UNC

The EK-UNC CONTAINER FILLER is a machine used to homogeneously fill the containers for soil / seedlings or small-diameter vessels in which will be inserted seedlings or seeds for intensive cultivation. The filling takes place in automatic mode and allows the insertion of containers of various sizes. The speed of the containers advancement belt is adjustable by means of a mechanical variator. The insertion of the soil inside the hopper in the containers takes place thanks to a vibrator, while a rotating brush integrated in the same compacts the soil. The EK-UNC CONTAINER FILLER is totally made of painted steel, is equipped with practical handles and wheels for the small movements. The SE 18 P. seed drill is used to sow containers of various types. It is possible to integrate a wetting machine and a vermiculite / sand dispenser.
