Overview
Multifunctional use beyond harvest: The Berglady is an evolution of the Lady designed to use the same base machine also outside the harvest period. Thanks to a reinforced construction and predefined mounting points for optional attachments, the Berglady expands harvesting capabilities and enables various maintenance tasks throughout the year.

More power and stability
The Berglady features a stronger structure to safely carry heavier loads while maintaining stability. With more powerful motors, optional reduction gearboxes and a 48V system, it can handle heavy loads in different working situations (noting differing load figures depending on configuration). A longer wheelbase and wider track improve stability when two people work on pedestals and when transporting a full fruit bin. The system can recover braking energy on descents to extend battery life in hilly orchards. Operating on slopes is possible up to around 40% with slope levelling engaged.

Platform and pedestals
Instead of a separate larger machine, the Berglady is designed so that a platform or harvesting pedestals can be mounted when required, using the same base machine for different tasks throughout the season. The platform is mainly used for maintenance work such as pruning, tying, thinning during the growing phase, or working on hail nets. Harvesting pedestals enable picking in mid and higher-tree areas and can be adjusted to the respective row width.

Reaching higher picking zones
By attaching harvesting pedestals the Berglady enables access to tree sections that would otherwise require separate lifting platforms or ladders. Depending on the pedestal model and slope, heights between approximately 2.30 m and 3.50 m can be reached. Pedestal row-width adjustment covers typical planting systems (row widths reported between approx. 2.20 m and 3.50 m). Some pedestal variants cover tree heights from about 1.50–2.70 m (medium area) to 2.20–3.50 m (higher area).

Notes on capacities
The product information references different load capacity numbers depending on context and configuration: a general statement cites capability for loads of up to around 600 kg with more powerful motors and options, while the datasheet lists crate transport capacity at 400 kg and platform capacity up to 200 kg (incl. persons). These values depend on chosen configuration and attachments.
