Overview
Bundling and labelling solution for vegetables and herbs. The VegKing processing line bundles herbs, aromatics, spring onions, leeks, asparagus, carrots, soup parcels and similar products using an integrated elastic binder and optional labelling and trimming functions.

How it works
The line uses the Cyklop AXRO elastic binder which automatically places an elastic band around the bundle. Elastic is drawn from a roll, placed around the product, knotted and cut automatically. Multiple elastic types and colours are available and elastic tension is adjustable. Bundles can optionally be labelled and/or cut.

• Hygienic construction: full stainless steel frame; conveyor belts are food-grade.
• Standard machine length 1,900 mm (suitable for two-person feeding) achieving approx. 2,500 bundles per hour; longer versions available for up to approx. 4,000 bundles per hour.
