The FERTI-W H ISO 11783 fertilizer spreader features a continuous weighing system, section control, and automatic dose regulation. The system adjusts the dose and working width via GPS signals, allowing perfect overlap especially on irregularly shaped fields. STRENGTHS Variations in fertilizer flowability are detected by the weighing system, and based on the received data, the position of the electric dosing gates is automatically adjusted to distribute the product according to the set dose. FERTI-W H is ISO 11783 compatible, enabling distribution operations to be managed through existing market terminals such as AG Leader, Trimble, Topcon, or directly via the tractor's ISO 11783 terminal. The spreader is equipped with a variable distribution system based on prescription maps. Spreading width is hydraulically controlled by adjusting the speed of the discs and electronically by changing the drop point position, while the variable dose is ensured by electric actuators that modify the quantity spread, which interacts with the weighing system and GPS-detected field position. Working width up to 36 sections (18 right + 18 left) that interact with the map and allow opening and closing of sections based on field position. The rotation speed of the discs is hydraulically controlled with a variable speed from 300 to 900 rpm.
