MAXI Fertilizer Spreaders are designed to meet the needs of professional operators and contractors working on large-scale farmland. They are equipped with a high-capacity hopper, ensuring high daily work output over many hectares. The strong supporting frame allows speeds of up to 40 km/h. The wide tire footprint reduces ground pressure, even in particularly critical conditions. The stainless steel hopper bottom is equipped with a 600 mm wide rubber conveyor belt that ensures uniform product feeding to the spreading unit. The spreading rate is proportional to the tractor’s forward speed. In the MEC version, the belt is driven by a volumetric wheel that is hydraulically pressed against the spreader's wheel, activating a mechanical transmission. The IDRO version, with the ECS system, is equipped with a speed detection sensor mounted on the spreader wheel, which determines the conveyor belt speed, while spreading is managed by a hydraulic motor powering the discs. MAXI spreaders are equipped with a universal spreading system, suitable for slightly moist products, inert organic fertilizers up to 15 meters wide, and mineral fertilizers up to 24 meters (up to 36 meters for the MAXI PRO model). The distribution unit consists of two spreading discs with adjustable radial stainless steel vanes, powered by the tractor's PTO in the MEC version and by a hydraulic motor in the IDRO version.
