OverviewThe Release Feeding Fence replaces traditional neck rails and headlock systems with a flexible barrier that encourages natural herd movement and unobstructed access to the feed bunk. The standard 6 m unit provides nine headspaces and uses smooth synthetic tubes without sharp edges or protruding parts, reducing friction and pressure points. The design adapts to a broad range of breed sizes without manual adjustment.
How it works & herd healthThe fence allows approximately 30° of forward lean so cows can reach further onto the feeding table while remaining in one position. This flexibility prevents dominant animals from blocking adjacent feeding positions and permits cows to lift their heads freely while eating, supporting natural swallowing, improving intake and reducing neck pressure marks and movement-related injuries common with rigid rails.
