Overview
The EZ2 self-locking feed barrier secures individual feeding places while enabling fast on-site installation and modular configuration. Constructed from 50 mm square tubes and 42 mm round tubes in hot-dip galvanized steel, the system is supplied in lengths from 1 m to 6 m with adjustable head-space options to suit different feeding alleys and herd sizes. Minimal assembly reduces installation time and labor costs.

Quiet operation & safety
The metal locking mechanism incorporates integrated noise damping to limit sound during locking operations and reduce animal stress at the feed rail. Each position locks independently to hold animals in place while operators move along the barrier. Head and neck spacing are configurable to allow natural feeding posture, and a quick-release safety mechanism enables immediate release of animals when required.
