OverviewOur range of suspended DR 170 straw spreaders is designed to deliver gentle, low-dust bedding comparable to manual spreading. Round-bale spreaders are available in two models: the Axial version with disc spreading and the Lateral version with comb/tine spreading. The suspended system is engineered to optimize floor space.
Operation and benefits- Gentle bedding with dust reduction comparable to manual spreading.
- Two versions available: Axial (disc spreading) and Lateral (comb/tine spreading).
- Suspended design keeps maximum floor area free.
- Powered by a low-consumption electric hydraulic power unit for quiet operation and simplified maintenance.
- Can be controlled from an on-board control station or via radio remote control.
Custom installationInstallation studies are carried out on a case-by-case basis to adapt the system to the needs of the operation.
Disc spreading (Axial version)The disc spreaders of the DR 170 Axial allow bedding of round bales over a width of 8 metres to cover every area.
Comb/tine spreading (Lateral version)The comb spreaders of the DR 170 Lateral allow bedding of round bales to a depth of 5 to 6 metres. The spreader is steerable to target specific zones precisely.
