The RC precision rotary crusher (Rotary Crusher) is an implement for crop maintenance that combines high field capacity with effective crust breaking and mechanical weed control. It is particularly suited to breaking surface crusts and reducing weeds mechanically. Each star tine can apply up to 30 kg of pressure to the soil. The working pressure is hydraulically adjustable as standard and the design maintains an almost constant tool pressure over the full spring travel.

Working principle
Thanks to an optimal ratio between the number of star tines and machine weight, the RC excels at breaking surface crust. The unique suspension ensures consistent tool pressure throughout the spring travel. The pressure is hydraulically adjustable. Each star tine is individually suspended and mounted, yielding uniform soil treatment across the entire working width.
