Product description
The ArkCam Velos is a 2-megapixel industrial camera with a CMOS sensor and HDR. It delivers 1920x1080 resolution at up to 60 fps and provides real-time, high-detail imaging. For data transmission the camera uses MIPI-CSI2 (YUV8) over GMSL2 at 3 Gbit/s. The link is carried over a robust coaxial cable with a GMSL2 serializer (MAX96717). Power is supplied via Power over Coax (PoC) at 9–36 V DC. With field of view options of 60°, 90°, 130° and 180°, the ArkCam Velos adapts to diverse applications. It is designed for extreme conditions and operates reliably between -40°C and +85°C. The camera complies with relevant EMC standards for industrial, off-road and construction machinery. It is shock- and vibration-resistant (up to 50 g) and offers IP67/IP69K protection against dust, water and high-pressure cleaning. The powder-coated aluminium housing increases durability. Variants with 6 Gbit/s and without ISP are available.
