Description

The equipment facilitates the continuous heat treatment of milk for pasteurisation or thermisation. The plate pasteuriser is a heat-exchange system between hot water and the milk to be pasteurised. Depending on the programmed temperature the microbial flora of the milk is altered, resulting in better preservation. It can be used in the dairy, cheese factory, butter factory, on the farm or in any factory processing other liquid foods (fruit juice, drinks, etc...). Technical sheet The design of the heat-exchanger plates causes the heating- side liquid and the heated-side liquid to pass in opposite directions in order to maximise heat transfer. The hot water production module is integrated into the equipment. A pump circulates the heating- side hot water, and a control panel houses the control system for selecting and recording temperatures. The equipment is mounted on a stainless-steel platform. You have the possibility to add a skimming and homogenisation module. Connection to a hot-water or steam circuit is also optional.
