Overview
BCC FiberCell-84/40 is a holder tray designed for FiberCells with a nominal diameter of 40 mm. It is adapted to the infrastructure commonly used in nurseries in South America, notably Chile. Molded in high-quality polypropylene (PP), the part is produced with an advanced tool featuring more than 30 injection points and individual injection control for consistent filling. This manufacturing method reduces internal stress, improves surface finish and extends service life. The tray has rounded edges for safe and comfortable handling.

Root and handling design
The cell geometry is optimized to promote a strong, healthy root system. Internal root-guiding ribs encourage structured root growth, while smooth inner walls facilitate plant extraction. The smooth external surfaces make cleaning and maintenance easier.
